Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde, has approved the appointment of Prince Dotun Oyelade as the Executive Chairman of the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS). A statement by Governor Makinde’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Taiwo Adisa, on Monday indicates that Prince Oyelade’s appointment takes immediate effect. Mrs. Ogere Siasia, the other of former Super Eagles coach, Samson Siasia, has been abducted by gunmen in Bayelsa State. This is the second time she will be abducted by unknown men. 5 in police net for killing man wrongfully accused of stealing phone

Personnel of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested five suspects for beating 22-year-old Olamide Omolegbe to death after a trader, Bolanle Muhammed, wrongfully accused him of stealing her phone in the Badore area of Ajah.
