House of Reps Member Pours Encomiums on Airpeace Boss …urges colleagues to donate towards evacuation of more Nigerians

A House of Representatives member, representing Ibrapa Central/North Federal Constituency, Dr Ajibola Muraina, has called on all Nigerians of means to exhibit kindness and donate to the rehabilitation of Nigerian Returnees from South Africa and to provide employment for them.
While pouring encomiums on Chief Allen Onyema, the MD of Peace Air who facilitated the evacuation of stranted Nigerians from South Africa, giving free services of his airline, Dr Muraina urged his colleagues at the House, the Senate down to House of Assemblies and Local government’s to heed the Clarion call of philanthropy as exhibited by Chief Onyeama and donate the towards the evacuation of fellow Nigerians in South Africa, suggesting the sum of N100,000 each for each member of the National Assembly to the crew who worked tirelessly without allowance and may still be making more trips.
Dr Ajibola who issued a press release to this effect, thanked all Nigerians for standing by their countrymen while appreciating the NASS for it’s role.
“I appreciate all Nigerians all over the world for their support and empathy which culminated in the evacuation of Nigerians from South Africa by Barr. Chief Allen Onyema with the full active diplomatic support of the Federal Government.” He said.
Ajibola went on to state that “this act alone should rekindle the milk of human kindness, selflessness and the spirit of being our brother’s keeper which were hitherto inherent in us as black men but which we appeared to have lost.”
The statement continues that: “Thd singular act of selflessness but Barrister Onyema, the concern and cry of Nigerians all over the world is indeed most commendable”.
Ajibola used the opportunity to congratulate his colleagues for exemplary demonstration of patriotism which culminated in the invitation and recognition of Chief Oyeama’s sacrifice to appreciate him at plenary.
