Abuja based business woman, Princess Bunmi Jegede has urged Nigerians to take more precautionary measures to avoid further spread of the Coronavirus.
Speaking in Abuja, princess Jegede said despite the lifting of the lockdown by President Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja, Lagos and Ogun, Nigerians should not rush out immediately.
She advised that the lifting of the lockdown does not mean that the virus has been defeated, stressing that those who must go out should ensure that they carry face masks, and maintain social distancing.
She however, urged both the federal and state governments to provide palliatives for vulnerable Nigerians to cushion the effect of the lockdown in states.
She commended the health workers who have been in the frontline in the fight against Covid-19 pandemic
Princess Jegede also lauded the efforts of the Federal government to halt the spread of the virus, urging Nigerians to listen to advice from health professionals
