
The project, located in the Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), connects rural communities to the broader arterial road network, boosting transportation, economic opportunities, and overall quality of life for residents.
Speaking on the achievement, the Managing Director of Abdul Val Nig. Ltd., Engr. Abdullahi Suleiman Bello, praised the Federal Government for its confidence in homegrown capacity. He particularly appreciated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and FCT Minister Barr. Nyesom Wike for their support and commitment to promoting indigenous contractors.

The company also acknowledged the steady backing of the FCT Minister during the execution phase, as well as the collaboration and encouragement from the Ushafa community and traditional leaders. According to Bello, this support helped navigate challenging terrain and seasonal weather issues.
