Blake Lively has claimed that Justin Baldoni made two other actors “uncomfortable” on the set of It Ends With Us – and they’re willing to testify in court.
Lively filed a sexual harassment and retaliation complaint with the California Civil Rights Department against Baldoni, accusing him of “inappropriate and unwelcome behaviour” and claiming he was trying to “destroy” her reputation. Baldoni has denied all accusations and countersued on January 16, including Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds and publicist Leslie Sloane in the suit.
In the aftermath of Lively’s suit, Baldoni was dropped by his talent agency William Morris Endeavor (WME). He also had a women’s solidarity award rescinded.
In an amended complaint filed late last night (February 18), Lively alleged that she wasn’t the only one made to feel uncomfortable by Baldoni.
“Ms. Lively was not alone in complaining about Mr. Baldoni and raised her concerns contemporaneously as they arose in 2023,” read the 141-page document. “Importantly, and contrary to the entire narrative Defendants have invented, Mr. Baldoni acknowledged the complaints in writing at the time. He knew that women other than Ms. Lively also were uncomfortable and had complained about his behavior.”
The women aren’t named but the complaint says that they have “given Ms. Lively permission to share the substance of their communications” and “they will testify and produce responsive documents in the discovery process.”

Lively alleges that after she reported her own concerns in May 2023, “another female cast member” also did the same.
“Notwithstanding that female cast member’s considerable reservations with coming forward, she nonetheless spoke up and conveyed her feelings that the work on the Film was suffering as a result of Mr. Baldoni’s behavior,” the complaint states. “Ms. Gianetti shared those concerns with Wayfarer.”
According to the complaint, Baldoni wrote to the female cast member in June, “acknowledging that he was aware of her concerns, and that adjustments would be made.” However, the document alleges that Wayfarer “took no actions to investigate this reported conduct, nor did it implement any protections at that time.”
The suit goes on to allege that on June 8, the same female cast member shared with Lively her “growing concerns with the conditions on set.” Lively responded: “I know I find it really hard to speak to him. I try to cover it with busyness but not sure that covers what’s going on.
“Later, another female cast member confided to Ms. Lively that she too felt uncomfortable on set. All of this occurred, and was documented in writing, almost one year before the editing of the Film began.”

In addition, a defamation claim has been added to the suit, Lively alleged that Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, has issued “inflammatory content to media outlets” and has been “saying anything, whether true or false, that will harm Ms. Lively’s credibility and intimidate others from speaking up on her behalf.” Crisis PR representative Jed Wallace, who has worked with Baldoni’s team, is now named as a defendant in the suit along with his company, Street Relations Inc.
In a statement to Variety, Baldoni and Wayfarer’s legal team said: “Our clients have been transparent in providing receipts, real time documents and video showing a completely different story than what has been manipulated and cherry picked to the media. Our clients have taken this matter and these issues very seriously notwithstanding the jokes made publicly by the plaintiff and her husband.
“Her underwhelming amended complaint is filled with unsubstantial hearsay of unnamed persons who are clearly no longer willing to come forward or publicly support her claims. Since documents do not lie and people do, the upcoming depositions of those who initially supported Ms. Lively’s false claims and those who are witnesses to her own behavior will be enlightening. What is truly uncomfortable here is Ms. Lively’s lack of actual evidence.”
In December, Baldoni sued The New York Times, which reported Lively’s allegations. In a statement to US outlet NPR, the newspaper said they “plan to vigorously defend against the lawsuit”.
Meanwhile, Baldoni, his company Wayfarer Studios and his current publicity team are being sued by his former publicist over alleged breach of contract and the purported smear campaign against Lively.
A trial has been set for March 2026.
