Tyler Robinson, a 22-year-old from Utah, was charged Tuesday afternoon for the fatal shooting of right-wing influencer Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University last Wednesday.
Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray is holding a press conference. Charging documents are also expected to become available this afternoon.
Later this evening, Robinson will have his first court appearance virtually from his jail cell. He is being held without bail.
