An Oyo State PDP chieftain, Hon. Dare Adeleke, has congratulated the newly appointed Secretary to the Oyo State Government (SSG), Professor Musibau Babatunde, and other appointees of Governor Seyi Makinde.
Adeleke said Professor Babatunde’s appointment once again demonstrates that Governor Makinde places premium value on competence, integrity, accountability, and selfless service.

In a statement issued in Ibadan following the announcement of the appointments, Adeleke also congratulated the newly appointed Commissioner for Budget and Planning, Hon. Seun Ashamu, as well as the Special Adviser on Energy Security, Abiodun Adedoja (Eloko).
Speaking on Adedoja’s appointment, Adeleke described him as a close ally and dependable brother. He noted that Adedoja, popularly known as Ekolo, is a former Chairman of Ibadan South East Local Government, a former Director in the Maritime sector, and a grassroots politician with a proven track record of service. Adeleke expressed his appreciation to Governor Makinde for appointing both the SSG and Abiodun Adedoja, adding that he is confident Adedoja will deliver effectively by taking renewable energy development in Oyo State to a new level.
Adeleke further stated that with the appointment of these highly educated and accomplished sons of Oyo State, individuals who have consistently demonstrated excellence in service to the state and its people; Governor Makinde has once again displayed exceptional statesmanship. According to him, the governor has reaffirmed his reputation as an astute administrator and focused leader who remains committed to delivering results and advancing the progress of Oyo State.
