Inspired by true events, the series follows two young women who set out to cure their life-threatening illnesses through health and wellness to a growing online audience – only for it to come crashing down when it’s discovered Belle Gibson’s cancer diagnosis is a lie.

Alongside Dever in the lead role, the series stars Alycia Debnam-Carey, Aisha Dee, Tilda Cobham-Hervey, Mark Coles Smith, Ashley Zukerman, and Susie Porter.
