Nigerian celebrity chef, Hilda Baci, has received her second Guinness World Record plaque, officially recognising her achievement of cooking the world’s largest pot of jollof rice.
The record, confirmed by Guinness World Records, states that Baci prepared a staggering 8,780 kilograms (19,356 pounds) of jollof rice during a large picnic event held in Lagos in September.
This latest honour comes after her first record for the longest cooking marathon, further cementing Baci’s reputation as one of Nigeria’s most celebrated culinary figures.
