The Nigeria Union of Journalists ( NUJ) , FCT Council has felicitated with Hon. Jacob Edi, the former Chairman of the Council on his conferment with the Traditional title of ” Kakaki of Bassange” in Kogi State .
The facilitation is contained in a press statement signed by the Secretary of Council, Comrade Jide Oyekunle on Friday in Abuja.
The conferment will be carried out by ETSU BASSANGE HRM BRIG.GEN. Abu Ali and on December 27, 2024 at the Central Primary School Gbokolo, the Traditional Headquarters of Bassange Kingdom by 10am in Kogi State.
The title is in recognition of the positive impact and immense contributions he has made as media icon in the development of Bassange community and Kogi State at large.
