Popular oil mogul and politician, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, has reportedly passed away in London, United Kingdom, at the age of 52.
The Anambra Senator, who had recently joined the All Progressives Congress (APC), was planning to seek the party’s ticket for the upcoming Anambra State governorship election.
Sources say the affluent businessman died of a heart attack. “He made a substantial monetary donation to the Anambra APC just two days ago,” mentioned a close associate.
This news comes shortly after the passing of Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, the President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo. Senator Ifeanyi Ubah was a notable figure both in the oil industry and in Nigerian politics.
