Victor Osimhen has severed ties with his agent, Roberto Calenda, following unsuccessful efforts to secure a move to either Al Ahli or Chelsea.

Frustrated by the lack of progress, the Nigerian striker decided to take control of his career. With the support of intermediary George Gardi, Osimhen personally negotiated a loan transfer to Turkish giants Galatasaray.

Osimhen’s decision to part ways with Calenda underscores his determination to find the right opportunity, even if it means handling negotiations himself.

“I knew what I wanted, and I was willing to do whatever it took to make it happen,” Osimhen reportedly said about his move to Galatasaray.

The striker’s direct involvement in securing his future marks a bold step in his career, as he now looks to make an impact with his new club.
