The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has launched a Public Complaints Desk to enhance communication and resolve issues raised by the public regarding the Commission’s activities.
This initiative, directed by the EFCC’s Executive Chairman, Mr. Ola Olukoyede, aims to improve the agency’s engagement with citizens.
The Public Complaints Desk will be established at all EFCC Zonal Directorates and the Commission’s Corporate Headquarters. It will be staffed by specially trained officers, equipped to handle complaints and facilitate quick resolutions.
“We are committed to ensuring that the public has an accessible channel to voice concerns about our operations,” said Olukoyede. “This new desk will serve as a bridge between the EFCC and the public, ensuring that grievances are heard and addressed promptly.”
The EFCC chairman encouraged individuals with complaints about the Commission’s activities to use this new system.
“We want people to feel confident in reaching out, and we assure the public that all complaints will be taken seriously and resolved swiftly,” he added.
Details of the Public Complaints Desk, including its contact information, are available on the EFCC’s official website and social media platforms.
