Govt alerts Lagos residents of more flooding as sea water level rises

PARTS of Lagos State may record more flooding soon owing to the rise of water sea level; the State government has warned residents. President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered a close audit of the government organization set up in 2000 to develop the oil-rich but stubbornly poor Niger Delta region.
