Victor Osimhen is on the brink of joining Saudi Arabian club Al Ahli, with the Nigerian striker reportedly agreeing to the move.
According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Napoli and Al Ahli are currently ironing out the final details of the deal, including bonuses.
Osimhen is expected to sign a four-year contract with a salary of approximately £33.6m (€40m) per season, which equates to £646,154 per week, tax-free.
“Osimhen has already given his nod to the transfer,” Di Marzio revealed, adding that both clubs are in the final stages of negotiations.
The potential move to the Saudi Pro League marks a significant development in the transfer market, as Osimhen has been one of Europe’s most sought-after forwards.
The agreement, once finalized, will see Osimhen swap Serie A for a lucrative contract in the Middle East. Napoli and Al Ahli are expected to announce the deal soon, pending the resolution of the remaining terms.
