The Court of Appeal has scheduled the delivery of judgments in the Presidential Election Petition cases for Wednesday, September 6th, 2023.
In a press statement signed by the chief registrar, Umar M. Bangari, the court announced that the following petitions will be decided on that day:
1. CA/PEPC/03/2023: Mr. Peter Gregory Obi & Anor VS. Independent National Electoral Commission & 3 Ors.
2. CA/PEPC/04/2023: Allied Peoples Movement VS. Independent National Electoral Commission & 4 Ors.
3. CA/PEPC/05/2023: Abubakar Atiku & Anor VS. Independent National Electoral Commission & 2 Ors.
To promote transparency, the court will broadcast the judgments live on select television stations for the public to follow. Access to the court premises will be granted only to accredited individuals, including counsel and representatives of political parties. Interested members of the public are encouraged to watch the proceedings on television.
